You wouldn't buy your car without a test drive...
When you invest in a high value product you do your research. You look at magasines, read reviews, ask your friends. You take advice, but ultimately your choice has to work for you.
If you are buying a new car you would select a make or model that you know and trust, you would sit in it, open the doors, check the boot capacity to see if you can fit your shopping in. You go for a test drive to see how it handles.
But it’s a bit trickier with a new kitchen. It is more personal to your home and your family. You need to pull lots of elements together, making judgements on what will work together. It can be daunting and confusing and it is often hard to visualise the end result.
At Kitchen Culture we understand this challenge and help you through the journey. We tend to see our customers go through a few stages:
1. Visit our showroom
We encourage you to use the showroom, to see the options, to open doors and drawers, to explore the cabinet pull outs and storage solutions - to really do that research.
We display both modern and traditional kitchens including handled and handleless options, gloss and matt finishes, shaker or flat panelled doors. As a Crown Imperial Elite retailer and a Lifestyle Kitchens retailer, we have a great selection to satisfy all tastes and budgets.
We can show you a variety of worktop options, including laminate, solid wood, solid surface and stone solutions. We love to talk about appliance options and what is best for you. We can show you some things you might not have seen before, as well as the trusted favourites.
We have sinks and taps from Franke and Carron Phoenix on display as well as all the information you need to make informed choices about your preferred style. You can see glass splashbacks, tile options and a great selection of flooring options.
And have you had a play with the Spacetower yet?
2. Research further
Some customers want to research more. They might choose to go to the Crown showroom in Daventry – with over 80 room sets this is the largest kitchen showroom in the UK. Some customers want us to join them. Others enjoy a slow walk around.
Some prefer to see real kitchens that have been installed and talk to our customers. Why not see a real example like this one?
3. Measure up and design
We offer a free of charge measure up and design service. We bring together all the elements that are important to you, the things you have seen in the showroom and want included in your room, and put that puzzle together.
The design drawings are so good that it allows you to visualise your kitchen, to review those choices and give you the peace of mind that you need to make those important decisions. A recent customer couldn’t believe that her fitted kitchen was identical to the drawing she was shown, as if someone had taken a photo of her kitchen.
4. Tweaking
A final discussion usually sees some minor changes to a plan. Looking at specific cupboards or colour choices and making sure you feel comfortable with the end result.
We know it takes time to look at the options and we give you that time. It is a personal service that we are very proud of. Just honest, informed advice from a local, family run, specialist kitchen business.
Our advice - don't leave it to chance. Do you research. Take that test drive.
