We appointed Kitchen Culture to replace our kitchen. Simon was very helpful in supporting us to design the new kitchen, explaining the options but allowing us to decide without any hard sell. He kept us informed in the lead up to and throughout the installation, which was done by a competent team of professional tradesmen. A couple of minor issues that we had after the main installation had been done were dealt with efficiently - this company are clearly committed to doing a good quality job.

The Kitchen Culture team we’re very professional, clean and tidy, and the quality of the furniture installed was far superior to what I have seen installed in similar projects. We recently had a complete kitchen overhaul completed by Kitchen Culture, including electrics, plastering etc. We contacted Simon and received very quick replies and he was over to measure up in a couple of days, we then visited the showroom a couple of times to talk ideas and then to finalise plans after Simon had sent us some very good drawings. There is certainly more choice in the world of kitchens than when we last had a kitchen refitted!
All the way through the design process Simon was helpful, approachable and very patient with our indecision, and suggested things we hadn't thought of for the layout and also talked us through why some of our other ideas would work or might not be the best idea for the room.The fitting went very smoothly, the team were excellent, all arrived when they should, did the work to a very high standard and all with good humour. They came back to do some finishing touches and even knocked up some extra shelves for a couple of the cupboards using a filler panel, it's the extra little things in the service that make a difference.
We did look at some of the big chains for comparison and when you work out what is and what isn't included in all the quotes Kitchen Culture were also price competitive, so can't complain there either. All in all we are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchen Culture.
